The Southern Women's Museum was officially established in 1985, one of the most popular destinations in Ho Chi Minh city. This museum has the name of Southern Women’s Traditional House, building to protect the patriotic spirit and tradition of Vietnamese women.

There were 13 female members in the history of the women’s movement in southern Vietnam from 1983 to 1985. Thanks to this document, the museum was formed on April 29, 1985.
