Not long after that, she was forbidden to visit the boy because her parents found out. However, the fairy want to stay close to her beloved and transformed herself into a bird. So, the local people decided to put the name of Love Waterfall, Vietnamese name " Thac Tinh Yeu". 

How to get to Love Waterfall? 

With a distance of 14km from Sapa town to Love Waterfall, you can easily get to Love Waterfall by several vehicles. 

If you depart from Sapa town, you head southeast along Xuan Vien and Fansifan streets, stopping at the base of Fansifan mountain. If you like a hassle free trip, convenient and comfortable, you should book a car with a driver. 

If you are a person who likes adventurous and flexible, you should rent a motorbike to explore many attractions in Sapa such as Cat Cat village Sapa, H'Mong ethnic village. The pricing of renting a motorbike is about 100,000 - 150,000 VND/day.
