Mua cave is roughly 10km from Ninh Binh and about 90 km from Hanoi city. It takes about 2-3 hours to transfer from Hanoi to Hang Mua.

Best time to visit Mua cave

To admire the stunning beauty of Mua cave, Ninh Binh, you can travel to Ninh Binh anytime of the year. But, as we experienced, the best time to visit Mua caves is from May to July, when the summer in Vietnam comes. 

Tourists will see the panoramic of ripe rice fields. You will be attracted immediately. However, the summer in the north is quite hot. So, sometimes, you may get tired, making your mood not good and influences your journey.
