Vietnam car rental without driver general terms and conditions:

It is important to know the terms under which the rental of a car from Tracer Car Rentals will take place. We assure you that our fleet is made up of new cars and properly maintained to ensure you have the best tour of the island. 

The vehicle must not be used: a) Τo tow other vehicles or objects, b) Οn bad roads or off-road, c) When the driver is under the influence of alcohol or other addictive substances, d) To rent to any third party, e) To transport hazardous or flammable objects, f) To carry more people than the number indicated on the license. If the vehicle is used against the terms of the contract, the company has the right to cease this contract’s validity without any prior notice.

VAT: VAT 24% is included in the final price.

Accidents: In the event of accident (collision, fire, theft, etc.) the customer must notify the car rental company immediately, then a) the police, b) look for the accident information and testimonials, c) write and sign a full report on the accident, and d) not accept any third party claims. This should be done within 24 hours of the accident.

Vehicle Condition: The vehicle is delivered to the customer in good condition and free of visible defects. Any complaints must be submitted before the departure of the vehicle. If the customer wishes to extend the rental time, they must contact the company 48 hours before the expiration of this contract. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of daily rate. During the rental period the customer is obliged to check the mechanical condition (oil, water) and to protect the car and the condition of the tyres.

Kilometers: At the rental price of the car, you have the right to make as many kilometers as you want, without any extra charge.

Age of Driver: The age limit is 21 years, and the driver must have a valid driving license for at least 1 year. The same applies to the other drivers listed in the contract. Otherwise, please contact Vietnam Trust Car Rental.

Services offered: Vietnam Trust Car Rentals provides you with children's seats for the safe transport of your family. It also provides, in case you want, GPS, 01 sim card ​​and a WiFi system that connects to your car and runs at 4G speeds so that you are connected to the Internet during your vacation.

Key Loss: If the key is lost, the charge is 169$USD.

Loss of GPS – WiFi: In case of loss of GPS or WiFi, the charge is 149$USD.

Geographical Restrictions: The delivery and return of our company's cars can take place at any airport, harbor, hotel in Crete. Tracer Car Rentals cars cannot be transported outside Crete without the written consent of the company.

The company reserves the right, depending on the availability, to provide a different type of car to the original booking of a corresponding, or of higher category.

Cancellation Policy: In case you cancel your order up to 15 days prior to picking up the vehicle, there is no charge. If canceled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 100% of the amount of your reservation will be charged. No money will be refunded in case of a change of your original reservation.

Fuel Policy: The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel delivered. This information will be included in the rental contract. Otherwise, there will be a charge based on the current fuel price.

Driver to the airport: A member of the company's staff will wait for you at the arrivals to drive you to the car. It is important not to forget your identity card and driving license. Fines: The driving of the hired vehicle must be carried out in accordance with the Vietnam Law (illegal parking, speed limits etc) as applicable each time. Otherwise, the customer is held liable for causing problems concerning road safety and fines for illegal parking, speed limits etc..

Return of a Car: If there is a delay in returning the car at the time indicated on the rental contract, it is advisable to inform the company. After 1 hour delay, the charge is 7 euro per hour, which you are required to pay.

Personal Belongings: The car hire company cannot be held responsible for the customer’s losing any personal belongings either left or abandoned on board.

Payment methods: Vietnam Trust Car Rentals accepts payments via credit or debit card Visa, bank transfers, Western Union, Mastercard, Paypal.

Insurance: Zero damage waiver from a collision: The customer is insured for the vehicle damaged by an accident but you must pay for us 100$USD/time/damage anount to pass for the insurance staff to be completed an accident file report. 

Theft insurance: The customer is insured in case of theft, unless the theft arises due to negligence. Stolen objects inside the car (e.g .cameras, travel bags or mobile phones) are not covered by any insurance.

Accident insurance: Personal accident insurance covers the driver and his passengers in the event of an accident

Third Party Liability: In the event of an accident there is coverage of up to 1,000,000 euro for people. Coverage applies to property or animals.

Vehicle damage without accident: In the event of damage to the car due to off road driving, water, sand, the customer is liable to paying for the damage. Also, if the renter does not tie the vehicle's parking brake, any damage to the vehicle will be paid by him.

Tyre Damages: In the case of tyre damage, there is no insurance coverage and the customer has the obligation to repair it always in agreement with the company.

Vehicle interior: Any damage inside the car will be paid by the customer.

In the event of an accident, your vehicle will be replaced by a vehicle of the same or higher category within 24 hours.

Transport of the vehicle by Sea: Allowed only with prior written agreement with Vietnam Trust Car Rentals.

Note: Any damage to or losses from the vehicle in transit will not be covered by any insurance provided by Vietnam Trust Car Rentals.

These Terms and Conditions as well as the Prices therein can be changed at the discretion of Trust Car Rentals without prior notice.

Any and every dispute that may arise between the parties to a rental agreement covered by these Terms and Conditions is under the jurisdiction of courts of Vietnam.

Day 2: Mekong delta tour full day 

Mekong Delta is also known as Vietnam's 'rice basket’-- a fertile area spreading nearly 40,000 square kilometers. Here the mighty Mekong river ends by splitting itself into nine major tributaries. The Vietnamese name these nine tributaries “Nine Dragons.” Here’s our itinerary that is designed to help you experience local daily activities along the Mekong.

Depart from Ho Chi Minh city at 8h00am in morning for Mekong delta tour a day from Ho Chi Minh we pass by a beautiful picture of paddy rice field and fruit farms and we can see how is the Vietnamese farmer working in a large of field without machines.

At 10am, we arrive at My Tho, you will ride on a local motor boat and have a sightseeing tour of fishing village, Dragon Island, Turtle Island (view from the boat) and stop at the Unicorn Island. While at the Unicorn Island, you will visit natural pure honey at a bee farm, taste some honey tea. Walking around the island to see the local people daily life and watching Vietnamese traditional music (Đàn Ca Tài Tử - A folk art form from Southern Vietnam accredited by UNESCO in 2013 as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity) and seasonal tropical fruit can be tasted.

 Especially, we have a chance to try rowing a sampan boat (kayak boat) on a canal under shadow sea coconut.

Leaving the unicorn island you will continue your motor boat trip to Ben Tre province (coconut kingdom) to visit a handmade coconut candy workshop. Then transfer to a small boat and travel along the lush, green canals, and stop at local restaurant for Vietnamese lunch.

First of destination we will visit the Notre Dame Cathedral Church and Central Post Office, which were two typical buildings built by the French in Ho Chi Minh City. 2. War remnants museum, the very important museum in Ho Chi Minh City for learning about the Vietnam War. It’s displayed so many photos and weapons used to during the war.

3. Saigon Square. if you are looking for bargains while in Saigon should head to Saigon Square. Even though it’s always bustling with shoppers, Saigon Square is air conditioned and under cover so it is far more pleasant.

4. You might have lunch at Vietnamese beef noodles (Pho) restaurant. Pho Hung (241-243 Nguyễn Trãi, Phường Nguyễn Cư Trinh, Quận 1, Hồ Chí Minh).

5. China town: Binh Tay market is Vietnam’s largest Chinatown with roots dating back to 1778; it’s also a place of great historical and cultural importance. it is an interesting place to see classical Chinese architecture reminiscent of years gone by.

6. Visiting Thien Hau temple “the Chinese sea goddess”. This is one of the oldest temple was built in 1760. It’s believed that she protects and rescues ships and people on the sea by flying around on a mat or cloud.
