This is the Tomb that King Tu Duc (1847-1883) constructed for himself between the years 1864 and 1867. In addition, this was the location where King Tu Duc could occasionally be found working and living while he was still alive. It is around twelve hectares in size, and it is divided into two distinct areas: the temple area and the burial area.

The Emperor Tu Duc would frequently visit this location in order to unwind and amuse himself with his concubines and the surrounding environment. Not only did the mausoleum serve an important purpose, but it also provided the Emperor with a place to escape the noise and bustle of his daily job.
