Beef Pho is a famous noodle soup due to its rich broth. Many local and international people quite love it. You will be served by a bowl of steaming beef broth accompanied by tender rice noodles and other toppings.

The chicken broth is simmered with aromatic spices, creating a light and flavorful taste. A bowl of  Pho ga includes rice noodles, chicken meat which is shredded or served in slices and chopped scallion, thinly sliced lime leaves..

The name of Pho rolls starts from the same ingredient as Pho and is wrapped by rice paper rolls.

Mixed pho (pho tron)

Pho tron is made with a way of combining the components of pho in a unique way. 

The food is the same as a flavorful salad, adding the beef or chicken, rice noodles, fresh greens  ( Mint, Thai basil, lettuce and cilantro), fried shallots and a dressing made with vinegar, fish sauce, sugar and tamarind paste. The blow of mixed pho looks delicious, served with chopped peanuts, red chili peppers, and lime wedges.

Stir-fried pho (pho xao)

A variation of Vietnamese Pho is stir fried pho, bringing the new flavor of the traditional Pho dish. Pho xao has an ingredient with rice noodles, beef and vegetables to add freshness. When cooking, vegetables and meat remain to achieve a tempting crunch. You can use dipping sauce and pickled vegetables on the side.

Sour Pho ( Pho chua)

If you are traveling to Sapa, Ha Giang, you should try Sour Pho. Each locality, the ingredients of Pho Chua are different, however the normal ingredients include black pork, eggs, beef, peanuts, cucumbers, pickled cabbage...
