Son Tra Nature Reserve is protected under the national regulations due to its invaluable nature of this place. 

The nature reserve is home to 12 groups of brown legged langurs which is one of rare kinds with only 200 individuals currently living in Vietnam.

Linh Ung Pagoda is known as Bai But Pagoda, stand on the 20 ha land of Son Tra mountain. This is a magnificent and unique architecture with many items such as the main hall, the lecture hall, the ancestral house, the road halls, the library, the cafeteria,... 

The signature highlight of Linh Ung pagoda is the Lady Buddha statue having the 67 which is the tallest one in Vietnam.

Dong Dinh Museum - The Garden of Memory

Dong Dinh museum - The Garden of Memory is located on Hoang Sa street, Son Tra Peninsula, Danang, one of the unique destinations for tourists. 

This place is about 10 km far from downtown and was built by Mr. Doan Huy Giao. There are many ancient cultures like Sa Huynh, Dai Viet, Cham PA...

Coming to the northeast of Son Tra Peninsula, at Hon Nghe point, you will see the giant banyan tree with many big roots. The ancient banyan tree is 20m high and has 9 root clusters.

If you depart from Danang city, you will come across Dragon Bridge, Han river bridge or Tran Thi Ly bridge to get to the coastal road. After, continue to the head northeast along Vo Nguyen Giap Road, go ahead Hoang Sa road, you will come to Son Tra mountain. 

There are many vehicles to transfer to the Son Tra Peninsula such as taxis, motorbikes.... Besides, you can book a private tour by car to explore Danang in a day. If you come to a large group, the best choice is to rent a car with 7-16 seats.

The best time to visit Son Tra Peninsula is from March to September. The weather is dry, gentle sunshine and  no storms, cyclones. You can join many outdoor activities. 

If you travel to Son Tra from April to June, you can admire the forest blooms with colorful flowers. In winter, it is difficult to get to Son Tra Peninsula due to its fog.
