Vung Tau city or Ba Ria-Vung Tau is close Ho Chi Minh city and 100km from away this city. It is a famous port city in Vietnam. It has long sandy beaches which stretch along the coastline. Along the 20km coastline It has many beautiful beaches such as Truoc (Front), Sau (Back), Vong Nguyet, Dua (Pineapple), etc. All are ideal for sunbathing, swimming and leisure.

Situated in Vung Tau Peninsula, Vung Tau City is one of a few places on the mainland where can admire sunrise and sunset on the sea beautifully.

Speedboat is available daily between Ho Chi Minh city and Vung Tau city. It takes around 1.5 hour to reach the city. Some speedboat companies are Vina Express, Petro Pacific Express and Green lines. Address is in Nha Rong Wharf in Ho Chi Minh city. Price is from 7 usd to 12 usd/ticket.
